My Approach

I know what it’s like to want to be on top of your game but feel sidelined and taken off the court.

My journey into nutrition and health began when I was enrolled in a highly competitive and demanding undergraduate program at Case Western Reserve University.

Every student there was an all-star, and we were all looking for an edge in order to succeed.

With the mindset of “everything is a priority”, I started to notice that my sleep, mental outlook, energy levels, and productivity began to suffer tremendously as a result of a “work hard, play hard” mantra.

After observing this same issue amongst my peers, I became fascinated by the impact that diet and lifestyle have on your ability to powerfully show up for the standards you set for your success and achievement.

With this new-found obsession with optimizing performance and well-being, I continued my educational career by obtaining a Master’s in Human Nutrition at Arizona State University and a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

After wrapping up my educational career, I then opened my own nutrition consulting practice and set out to help busy and driven individuals not only feel great in their bodies but also kick-ass in life.

Oddly enough, I began to observe the same trend that I had during my academic career amongst all of my clients.

Every individual I worked with wanted to eat healthily and everyone wanted to improve their energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being, but with the demands of their careers, families, and social obligations, there simply wasn’t any time to do it all.

You can only spread yourself so thin before something starts to suffer, and as I’m sure you know, tending to your body and well-being is typically one of the first things to be taken off your list of priorities.

The unfortunate reality is that most of us neglect our health in order to create time for other priorities, but it’s not a secret that our mental clarity, energy, and overall well-being are greatly impacted by the quality of the food we eat, the consistency of our self-care, and the efficiency of our daily routines.

If you want to come out on top and truly excel in your career and life as a whole, there is no denying that everything simply cannot fit on your plate. This is where the power of outsourcing truly begins to shine.

You don’t need to spread yourself thin in order to be healthy, and you don’t need to funnel your time, energy, or mental capacity into planning and preparing high-quality and delicious meals for yourself or your family.

And this is exactly why I utilize the approach I do by customizing all of my services to fit your lifestyle instead of the other way around.

Every meal our chefs prepare for our in-home meal prep services is tailored to your taste preferences and health-related goals.

Our nutrition consulting and health coaching programs meet you where you are and set attainable goals based on your schedule.

If you need us to simplify your next dinner party or social event, rest assured that the entire event from appetizers to dessert will be customized, so all you have to do is show up, look great, and enjoy the time with your special guests.

My approach with Honest to Goodness Health is to make living a healthy and nourishing lifestyle as simplified and customized as possible so that every detail reflects who you are and what you need as an individual.

You’re not just another client. You have specific needs, and I am here to provide a premium and professional solution to simplifying your life while up-leveling your well-being.
